Every stage produces the information and approvals needed for the next one. Material changes return to the relevant earlier gate instead of bypassing it.

Organization and request
Confirm the client organization, assign responsible client participants, and capture the initial research need.

Scope, quote, and funding
Approve the commercial scope and quote, then verify the 30% deposit before assigning the platform project owner.

Detailed execution plan
Freeze the expert positions, session goals, questions, evidence needs, permitted boundaries, formats, and languages.

Source and qualify
Search the controlled network, conduct targeted outreach, agree project-specific expert terms, and collect complete responses.

Review and lock
Complete questionnaire, identity disclosure, conflict, compliance, restriction, and availability gates before the client locks experts.

Authorize and deliver
Start within the 72-hour window, revalidate every gate, create service agreements and sessions, and coordinate delivery.

Evaluate and accept
Complete required outputs and reviews. The client explicitly confirms completion or opens a specific issue; silence never auto-accepts.

Settle and archive
Generate the final client balance and expert payables, release approved content after cleared funds, then close and archive the project.
AI-moderated interviews
Asynchronous research with a frozen guide and human gates
AI moderation is a defined service format, not an autonomous decision-maker or an unbounded chat. The same project, consent, compliance, delivery, and settlement controls still apply.
- 01Before the session
- The client approves the research objective, questions, evidence needs, prohibited topics, and interview guide before execution. The client cannot listen live or add questions mid-session.
- 02During the session
- The expert participates independently and may skip a question, pause, stop, or report a concern. The moderator may ask only in-scope follow-up questions.
- 03Before delivery
- Transcription, completion assessment, required human review, and project-owner approval must finish before approved content can be delivered.
- 04Analysis boundaries
- Cross-expert synthesis requires approved content from at least two experts, cites the supporting transcript, distinguishes facts from model inference, and never changes price based on session length or question count.
Recovery paths
Exceptions remain controlled, too
A delay or failed gate does not trigger an invisible automatic decision. The platform records the condition, assigns an owner, and requires the appropriate authorization.
- Scope changes return to quote and approval when pricing dimensions change
- An ineligible locked expert can be restored, replaced, or removed with client authorization
- A missed 72-hour start window opens a managed case rather than an automatic fee or cancellation
- Disputed sessions and invalid outputs block normal completion
- Client silence never becomes automatic acceptance
- Financial holds block full content release and expert payment eligibility
