Controlled network
Experts enter through invitation and admission. Public registration cannot create expert status, and every source follows the same declarations and project gates.
Compliance
Learnmark combines explicit participant decisions, staged identity disclosure, project-level conflict checks, hard prohibitions, human escalation, and an auditable record from request through delivery.
Controls are layered
No single checkbox is treated as complete protection
Responsibility model
Controls reduce avoidable risk and make decisions traceable. They do not guarantee that no conflict exists or replace legal, tax, securities, medical, employment, or privacy advice.
Experts enter through invitation and admission. Public registration cannot create expert status, and every source follows the same declarations and project gates.
Expert identity is disclosed to the client only with item-level consent. Client identity remains protected in the platform and follows the organization’s disclosure policy.
Sensitive employment, public-company, government, healthcare, legal, sanctions, identity, and conflict signals require an explicit reviewer decision.
Illegal requests, sanctions failures, prohibited jurisdictions, and explicitly forbidden information cannot be overridden as ordinary exceptions.
Control path
The applicable depth depends on the organizations, expert history, jurisdiction, industry, service format, and subject matter.
Confirm the organization, purpose, jurisdiction, target profiles, intended questions, and foreseeable sensitive areas.
Qualify firsthand relevance without asking candidates to reveal confidential, proprietary, restricted, or material non-public information.
Require complete conflict, restriction, disclosure, compensation, workload, identity, and participation confirmations.
A reviewer may approve, approve with restrictions, request more information, or reject. Hard prohibitions remain non-overridable.
Recheck expert eligibility, disclosure, questionnaire, restrictions, guidance, and scheduling before creating services or sessions.
Participants can stop inappropriate discussion. Only approved content is delivered, and disputes or financial holds restrict further access.
Information boundaries
The workflow minimizes unnecessary exposure while still giving each participant the information needed to make the next decision.
Shared responsibility
Participants remain responsible for their own duties. Learnmark records consent and decisions, limits exposure, and provides a defined escalation path when facts change.
Share a high-level description so we can determine the right review path before outreach. Do not send confidential or restricted details through the public form.
