For clients

Run expert research as a controlled business process.

Learnmark turns an open-ended question into a defined project, sources and qualifies relevant experts, coordinates compliant delivery, and keeps scope, decisions, fees, and access clear through settlement.

The decisions stay with you

The platform manages the work around each decision gate

Scope and budget
Approve the research scope, expert positions, service formats, budget ceiling, and quote
Expert selection
Review qualified, consented profiles and lock the required and optional experts
Acceptance
Confirm project completion or raise a specific delivery issue before final settlement

Managed client service

One accountable path from question to approved output

A dedicated project owner coordinates the workflow while preserving the separate responsibilities of the client, expert, and platform.

Structured scope

We translate the question into expert positions, research goals, evidence needs, exclusions, formats, and a practical execution plan.

Explainable qualification

Profiles show relevant experience, questionnaire responses, information gaps, availability, and risk signals rather than a black-box score.

Consent-led disclosure

Experts remain anonymous until they consent to project-level disclosure. Personal contact details remain protected by the platform.

Controlled delivery

Progress, approved outputs, payment gates, disputes, and follow-up actions are managed against explicit project states.

Client journey

Eight visible gates, no hidden hand-off

You make the commercial and research decisions. Learnmark handles sourcing, qualification, coordination, and the evidence trail between them.

  1. 01

    Share the business question

Start with the decision, knowledge gap, target backgrounds, geography, timing, and topics that must remain out of scope.

  2. 02

    Approve the commercial scope

Confirm expert positions, required and optional capacity, service formats, expected effort, and budget ceiling.

  3. 03

    Confirm the quote and deposit

Review the project quote. A verified 30% deposit funds the project before a project owner is assigned.

  4. 04

    Lock the execution plan

Define goals, questions, evidence expectations, permitted topics, language, duration, and delivery requirements for each position.

  5. 05

    Review qualified experts

Consider complete questionnaire, conflict, availability, terms, and consented identity information before making the selection.

  6. 06

    Start the engagement

Lock the selected team and authorize execution within the 72-hour start window after final readiness checks.

  7. 07

    Review approved delivery

Track status without exposing live private sessions, then confirm completion or raise a specific issue for review.

  8. 08

    Settle and access

Completion creates the final balance. Full approved content opens after settlement and any financial hold is cleared.

Commercial logic

Funding, delivery, and access are separate gates

The financial model keeps a client commitment, a delivered service, an expert obligation, and access to approved content from being treated as the same event.

01Project funding
Pricing is tailored to the approved scope. A verified bank-transfer deposit equal to 30% of the expected project price funds the project before assignment.
02Scope revision
A change to a pricing dimension returns to estimation, budget, quote, and deposit approval. A lower quote is reconciled at final settlement rather than refunded mid-project.
03Start control
After experts are locked, the client has a 72-hour start window. Expiry opens a managed case; it does not automatically start, cancel, notify experts, or charge a fee.
04Content access
Explicit completion creates the final balance and limited per-session preview eligibility. Full approved content opens only after cleared final funds and release of any project financial hold.

Delivery options

One operating model across several research formats

The service format is chosen during scoping and priced before execution. A project may include one expert or a coordinated multi-expert program.

  • Scheduled phone or video consultation
  • Written questions and answers
  • Document, material, or report review
  • AI-moderated asynchronous interview
  • Multi-expert research and comparison
  • Market, customer, channel, and value-chain research
